Abstract :
A new electromagnetic field-strength standard generator up to 1 GHz has been set up at PTB by means of a /spl mu/TEM-cell (septum-height 35 mm), a field-sensor transfer-standard, and a GTEM-cell as working standard for calibrations and EMC-testing, to guarantee traceability of field-strength measurement to the basic SI-units including uncertainty figures.
