Abstract :
With the distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks become more and more serious, in order to better respond to this threat, the DDoS test and evaluation is becoming more and more important. This paper describes the design and implementation of DDoS attack defense testbed. The tested on Co-simulation using OPNET and VMware Workstation for attacking and defending method, network topology configuration, the background flow and attack traffic generation, data acquisition and evaluation function. And experiments are carried out, the experimental results show that, the tested for DDoS attack and defense systems provide more reliable and more convenient testing and evaluation environment.
