The paper proposed the countermeasures and suggestions of university teaching archives Management and Development from the collection scope of teaching archives of school-department, completeness and standardization, edit and research, development and utilization of the effective approaches and the full use of modern information technology etc. Aiming to establish university faculty teaching archives scientific management system and to serve the teaching and scientific research services better.
