Abstract :
Modern competitive sports has been no longer the simple competition between the athletes. Its inspiring achievement is the result of the combined efforts of the coaches, management staff and the researchers. Physical education institutes are frequently considered as the place of having and cultivating a large number of high-quality professional talents so as to serve the competitive sports. The paper is to analyze the factors of influencing the serve of the competitive sports and put forward to its guarantee system in PE institutes.
