Abstract

Enterprise network resources can be divided into physical resources, intellectual resources, cultural resources, and relationship resources. The degree of relationship resources in the enterprise network resources affect the get and use to the other three resources directly, and relationship resources play a key role to the management of enterprise network resources. The coordination process of enterprise network resources includes: opportunity discovery process, communication process, strategy consultation process and common network learning process of actors.
