Conditions and Types of the Protection Object of the Physical Education Copyright

With the advent of the knowledge economy, the physical education course develops vigorously. The copyright protection plays a more and more important role in its development. However, the theoretic research on the protection of physical education copyright is always insufficient. After analyzing the object theory of the copyright protection and the object elements of physical education copyright, this article systematically states the types of the physical education copyright and further discusses the object nature of the special types, i.e. the sports games and sports game TV programs to try to clarify the copyright object theory of physical education and the confused understanding.
