Research and implementation of data synchronization with SyncML

With the rapid development of mobile, as a kind of new mobile service, data synchronization was becoming more and more extensive in mobile network. This technology is used to backup data and maintain the unity of the data of multiple terminals without the operation on separate terminal, greatly simplifying the process of user´s operation. This paper introduced the SyncML protocol at first, and proposed a new synchronization scheme which is based on SyncML protocol, and then focused on the implementation of data synchronization in personal computer and mobile device. Moreover, this paper provides the idea of the implementation according to the features of the client and server. Finally, we give a experiment to demonstrate the scheme was feasible and high-performance.
