Abstract :
To implement the sustainable development in iron and steel industry, many iron and steel enterprises have begun to explore the way of green manufacturing. In this paper, a relative green degree evaluation model for equipments of iron and steel enterprises is established. A five-dimension evaluation index system for equipment is created which is TPCRE (T-Time, P-Performance, C-Cost, R-Resource, E-Environment). On the basis of the index system, relative green degree evaluation of the equipments of iron and steel enterprises is made by data envelopment analysis (DEA). Taking three steelmaking & continuous casting equipments for example, the relative green degree of equipments is evaluated using the evaluation model. And the status of equipments whose green degree is weak or invalid is analyzed and some improving suggestions are put forward.
