Abstract
Trust is an important factor which impacts transactions of e-commerce. This paper focuses on the trust mechanism in electronic commerce, to sort out the trust mechanism and applications in electronic commerce from four aspects including third-party trust, trust seals, security certification and notary service/transaction protection mechanism,in order to provide reference for further research and applications of e-commerce.
