Research on Web-Based Evaluation Information Service Platform

This paper built an integrated network information service platform for group of graduate candidates, and integrated the information resources on the the evaluation of personnel and educational by web technology, and provided the information service about personal diagnosis and consulting, exploited the values of information on evaluation fully. This paper constructed an evaluation model, which implemented the automatic matching of the user´s psychological characteristics (the object of personnel evaluation) and the subjecs and professions (the object of educational evaluation).
