Research on B2B2C-Based Logistics Operation Patterns

E-business (EB) is one of the most extensive and successful areas enabling the information technology, where more and more enterprises and customers set up the business within this platform. In this paper, the e-business patterns of B2B2C for the small and medium enterprises are introduced. Then the paper brings forward the logistics operation patterns which are applied within this e-business pattern. Finally, the logistics operation pattern which is suitable for the small and medium enterprises is concluded based on the analysis of the cost of the different two logistics operation patterns.
