Abstract
FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) was a new material programmable logic units in 20th century, it owned some properties such as that, large memory of capacities, short delays of time, improvement able and flexibilities etc. VCR (Variable Carrying Rules) is a novel numbers´ computation rules of which developing from FCR (Fixed Carrying Rules) in number theory. Using the basis theory of both neural fuzzy systems of networks and VCR computation rules, this paper gives a novel FPGA control process with AI-Fuzzy VCN (IFN) algorithm. The IFN algorithm takes a partial reusing technique of VCR path and computational rules of numbers, specially, the process of middle-data to be shaped and placed in dynamic RAM. In the deep theoretical researches & typical analysis of testing, this process of algorithm is practicable very much indeed.
