Abstract :
In order to realize the real-time video monitoring of the client, Microsoft DirectShow technology and DXVA (DirectX Video Acceleration) specification are applied to this system. It receives H.264 video stream, filling the buffer, decoding and playback. After tests, the player can smoothly play the H.264 video stream received from network, and the CPU occupancy rate is more than half lower than traditional methods when decoding and playback.
