Abstract
Through analysing some limitations of traditional workflow technique applied in enterprise information system, This paper proposes a model of the distributed workflow management system which based on Web Service, researches the design idea and some key techniques, and analyses key points of the distributed collaborative workflow such as the modeling method, the system activation flow model, workflow integration and the control center. The article reveals some specific application of the workflow theory model in the business flow for the modern enterprise.They provide many functions for the enterprise,such as message service, business flow management, data sharing and application integration. While being sufficient flexibility and scalability, the blue print provide a reasonable and feasible proposals to upgrade the original workflow management system.
