Abstract
This study visualises the information sharing network structure of Taiwan´s hospitals from the point of view of human resource managers and compares the differences between academic medical centres, regional hospitals, and district hospitals. The results show that the academic medical centres take the core position to fulfill their task. The regional hospitals occupy in the middle and have the highest betweenness. The district hospitals are located in peripheral with greater constraint.
