Abstract
A portable Sequence of Events (SOE) tester is designed and studied by the paper, which is made up of host and slave computers. CPU is C8051F121 chip whose frequency is 100MHz. Host and slave computers translate data through RS-485 bus. Touching-screen is used to operation and display. Minimal triggering interval time of SOE tester is 0.1ms. There are many Analog-triggering channels in SOE tester that is used to output nodes of polarity insensitive. The SOE tester can be applied to test many kinds of SOE systems with different input structures as an accurate signal generator.
