Abstract :
The truck exhaust emissions and processing technology is analysed. Developed system is based on SCR technology, controlling metering pump by Stepper Motor to get precise delivery of the selective catalytic reducer such as urea. TMS320F28016 DSP is adopted as core control unit and SLA7062 is adopted as the stepper motor driver chip. As the SAE J1939 protocol does not define node parameters of exhaust treatment system, the frame of extended CAN2.0B and SAE J1939 is analysed and a set of exhaust treatment system node parameters are defined according to SAE J1939 protocol format. The software based on the SAE J1939 protocol is developed. Experiments show that the developed system can stability control selective catalytic reducer delivery based on the SAE J1939 protocol. Delivery volume, delivery accuracy and delivery response speed is good to meet the requirements of State IV standard for truck exhaust treatment.
