Abstract :
This thesis analyzes groupons which are springing up in China and their growing trend according to the Chinese groupon market research report. Through the contrast of corresponding domestic and foreign situation, The article will find a new business model adapting to China´s domestic market. Finally, a development strategy of groupon will be put forward.
