Abstract
A novel frequency compensation using internal positive feedback is presented in this paper. This topology uses a current follower in internal compensation loop to improve gain bandwidth product without increasing power consumption. Therefore, this topology is called positive feedback frequency compensation with current follower. HSPICE simulation results of proposed amplifier has more than 100dB Gain, 4.7 MHz Gain Bandwidth product, while driving a 100pF capacitive load with 0.3mW power dissipation using ± 0.75V power supply.
