            Abstract : 
This paper analyses three different techniques for synchronizing RF oscillators. These techniques are injection locking (ILO), phase locked loop(PLL) and Injection locked phase locked loop(ILPLL). Firstly, the noise performance and locking bandwidth of ILO and PLL are analyzed secondly, we use two different approaches studying the ILPLL and draws the conclusion: ILPLL has superior noise performance compared with ILO and PLL. At last, we design a nonlinear active antenna array based on ILPLL.
