Abstract :
A 150 MHz graphics rendering processor with an integrated 256 Mb embedded DRAM, delivers a rendering rate of 75 M polgons/s. 287.5 M transistors are integrated on a 21.3/spl times/21.7 mm/sup 2/ die in 0.18 /spl mu/m 6-level-metal CMOS process. Several design methodologies are used.
