Abstract :
In this paper, we present the substrate noise in wideband LC-matched low noise amplifier (LNA). The measurement of fabricated test structure shows the critical level of noise at the input of wideband LNA. The noise at the input of LNA is evaluated by electromagnetic (EM) simulations. The EM approach is also used to evaluate the different parameters that influence the substrate noise at the input of LNA.
