Abstract :
Converse beam cross sliding spotlight SAR (CBC sliding spotlight SAR) was recently proposed and researched. Unlike conventional sliding spotlight SAR, the CBC sliding spotlight SAR has the moving direction of its platform and ground beam center contrary to each other and in such mode, the azimuth scene extension is larger than that of a pure spotlight mode and the azimuth resolution of scatterers is higher than stripmap mode. The geometry of CBC sliding spotlight SAR was analyzed and its anti-jamming properties were detailed investigated in this essay. Simulations were executed and all results proved that CBC sliding spotlight SAR can not only gain images with the same azimuth resolution as conventional sliding spotlight SAR but also enhanced the system´s ability of anti-jamming. It plays an important role in reinforcing the anti-jamming property of a SAR system.
