Abstract :
(1-x)Pb(Sc12/Ta12/)-xPbTiO3 ceramics were synthesized by a conventional mixed-oxide processing (or named as one-step-sintering-method) sintered at 1100°C∼1300°C temperature. The XRD patterns showed the percent of the perovskite phase in the samples could be as high as 90%, the highest was up to 100% The perovskite forming impact factor F was defined as the times of tolerance factor and the percent of the ionic bonding in Pb(B1, B2)O3 relaxor ferroelectrics. It was found that the calculated F´s values can interpret very well our experimental results and the relative ease sequence of fabrication of the lead-based perovskite relaxor ferroelectrics.
