Abstract :
In this paper the designing procedure of the 3 order lowpass type MEMS phase shifter is given by using the unequiripple function analysis procedure. The phase shift is realized by changing the upper state to down state of the MEMS capacitance bridge, and on the both state the phase shifter all is matched on the designing band.
