  • Abstract
    Research on employees´ creativity has received increasing attention. In this study, we examined the impact of supervisor´s feedback on employees´ creativity and whether the employees´ psychological capital plays a role as a mediator. Data were collected from 214 employees, mainly from the high-tech enterprises located in China´s Yangtze River Delta region, where has been a leading position in innovation in general. And the results show that: (1) the positive supervisor´s feedback has a positive impact on employees´ creativity and employees´ psychological capital fully mediates the process; (2) negative supervisor´s feedback has a negative impact on employees´ creativity and employees´ psychological capital also fully mediates the process. Theoretical speaking, the findings have enriched the research field between feedback and creativity, while in practice this paper offers some useful guidelines for companies about how to promote employees´ creativity effectively.
