Abstract :
In this paper, based on the analysis of existing software engineering methods, a software development framework based on MDA is proposed. After the analysis of MDA advantage, an information management system that can be secondary development based on MDA is accomplished, which improve efficiency, simplify mission, and reduce cost of modification and maintenance.
