Abstract :
Sealing machines of existing automobile fuel tanks mostly adopt manual control which results in poor universality, low productivity and big machining errors, worst of all, the production quality is difficult to be guaranteed. Therefore, a new type of sealing machine at higher automation level is developed. The application of PLC and touch screen used to control the linkage of three servo motors realizes automatic control of the sealing machine and improves versatility and productivity, In addition, the product quality is guaranteed with the technique of machining at a constant linear velocity.
