  • Abstract
    Nano-particled TiO2 thin films had been prepared on glass substrates as the light-absorption layers of optical-sensing devices. Experimental results showed that the developed devices were sensitive to 200 ~ 350 nm ultra-violet (UV) lights and had high potential in applications of "visible-blind" UV detection.
