  • Abstract
    High accuracy, high output resistance current mirrors are derived from conventional mirrors using MOS and bipolar DC level shifters. The modified structures have significantly reduced input and output voltage requirements. Experimental results of a CMOS test chip are shown that verify the proposed structures
