Abstract :
An Si bipolar monolithic bit-synchronizer chip for high speed digital communication systems including burst mode transmission is developed by using analogue technique. The circuit consisting of integrators, comparators, a phase shifter, track and hold circuits etc. is capable of operating at 622 Mb/s with an alignment range of full clock phase margin
