Knowledge Competence Appraisal of Old Northeast Industrial

Abstract:In knowledge economy time, the underlying reason of economy development falling behind of old northeast industrial zones is its low knowledge competence. Based on knowledge power analysis of three northeast provinces and relational research achievements review of regional knowledge competence, knowledge competence appraisal index system is constructed from derivation and ontology, and empirical analysis of three northeast provinces´ knowledge competence from 2004 to 2006 is done by fuzzy integral method. Conclusion is draw that integral knowledge competence of three northeast provinces is comparative low and knowledge competence of Liaoning province is a little higher.
