Abstract :
The treatment level cannot the only index to evaluate basic old-age pension development. So it demands an integrated evaluation index system. The paper established structural equation model for basic old-age pension level based on the analysis of pension level influencing factors. The conclusion is that economic foundation has a positive effect on system design factors and the degree is 0.85; the relationship between economic foundation and population structure is correlativity and the related coefficient is 0.76; population structure has a negative effect on system design factors and the degree is 0.646. Therefore, the structural equation model can effectively analyze the influencing factors on basic old-age pension level.
