Abstract :
A method that can enhance the software engineering manager´s ability to assess development progress in ongoing projects and to assess the workload of future projects is described. The method provides tools and techniques that are used to monitor key indicators such as cost, schedule, memory usage (ROM and RAM) and real-time workload. The method is easily automated using a microcomputer and a modern spreadsheet program
