Abstract :
This paper, through a deep analysis of the different competitive strategies and the major cross-cultural management mode in international operation, holds that facing different degrees of pressure from globalization and localization reaction, only if cross-cultural management models and specific competitive strategies match each other is the strategic objective of international operation likely to be achieved. The thesis offers specific countermeasures.
