Abstract :
In this paper, both the qualitative and the quantitative analysis methods are used to analyze the scope of influence of twelve stations of Zhengzhou Subway Line 1 in the Zhengzhou West District and Central District on the surrounding real estate values. Moreover, the scopes of influence in these two regions were compared to find out the rule of influence, thus providing a reference for further study on the impact of Urban Rail Transit on the surrounding real estate values.
