Abstract :
If the difference of productive factors volume between two countries is large enough, incomplete specialization will occur in trade. Then the gains from trade will be obtained by country with less productive factors, while country with more productive factors will not benefit from trade. The effects of increment in productive efficiency and productive factors volume under incomplete specialization are different from those under complete specialization.
