Abstract

The construction of central town is one of the important task of Tangshan in the process of the coordination of rural and urban development, restricting factors involved are as follow: separate urban-rural household registration system, short of construction land resources and the imperfection or missing of financing system ,etc. To solve these problems, the following countermeasures should be taken: growing economic strength of central town, reform the central town household management system, perfect the intensive land use mechanism, perfecting social security system and upgrade rural production factor value.
