Abstract :
LOFT mode is a kind of living mode generating in the background of rapid urbanization which contains important significance in protecting historical industrial remains. Widespread applying of LOFT mode has led to blindly following. Based on the characteristics, to look into the unreasonable element of LOFT mode and to clarify the trouble we are facing, is the key factor of ensure the sustainable development of historical and industrial heritage, which will surely provide basis for future improvement.
