Abstract :
The traditional time synchronization algorithms based on the Network Time Protocol (NTP) obtain accurate time synchronization on the assumption that the round-trip delay is equal. A highly precise time synchronization method is preposed, which process the one-way delay in dynamic network. The implementation in the substation automation system(SAS) shows that the algorithm reduces network jitter, as well as meets the requirement of time synchronization in substation level.
