Abstract :
According to the scientific and technological level of Tangshan and the situation of new and high technology industries, the author analyzed the restraining factors impeding the development of Tangshan´s new and high technology industries. Furthermore, new strategies for the development of Tangshan´s new and high technology industries will be discussed on basis of the construction of the demonstration area of scientific development.
