Abstract :
Hypertension is a medical condition responsible for most drugs prescriptions today. When the arteries in our body are suffering from stenosis, it is only logical that the body witch his tissues need the same amount of blood as before, will try to find a solution to the problem by increasing the blood pressure. Increasing the blood pressure will create compensation for the block and will allow to increase the blood amount trough the blocked arteries. When we decrease the blood pressure, using a system witch show the user and teach him to control his blood pressure, this kind of situation will be prevented. Hypertension is defined as higher of equally pressure to 150/90 mmHg in people above 45 years old or higher of equally pressure to 130/90 mmHg in people equal or lower from 45 years old. There are some witch define the limit as pressure higher then 140/90 mmHg. Hypertension is a medical condition witch can be found in large percentage of the population in Israel, and in other countries around the world. In the last few years the Biofeedback method starts to take significance place as a treatment tool. Today the fascinating connection between the body and the mind is beginning to clear with the assistant of the world of the biofeedback, this non-invasive system design to give the user control abilities about involuntary events occur in his body and in his mind. This domain is very challenging because he is trying to give answers about classic questions of body and mind: can the mind heal the body, and will physical change can effect on our thinking or feelings. This domain uniqueness is that he combines old with new: approaches based on healing techniques from the ancient world with advanced western approaches. Biofeedback most importance is the efficiently derivatives methods both in medical and psychological areas.
