Abstract :
Business process reengineering (BPR) is a hotspot both in academic field and in modern enterprises. Aimed to explore a process reengineering model for manufacturing enterprises in China, studied BPR and its development, analyzed the problems existed in manufacturing enterprises as well as the deficiency in implementing BPR, an integrated BPR system based on AI and J2EE is proposed. Finally, the plan to design and implement the system is expounded.
