Abstract :
The wireless measurement system of straightness error based on two-dimensional PSD, C8051F330 and PTR4000 was designed. The principle of PSD, the signal processing circuit, and the wireless straightness error data transmission system were introduced in detail. An accuracy algorithm meeting the least condition which constructed the characteristic polygon and calculated the maximum intercepts of the measuring points in the characteristic polygon as straightness error was proposed. The system has features of high precision and fast speed. Combination with the two types of measurement methods of straightness error, the evaluation software of straightness error was designed. It can be used with other straightness measuring instruments such as level-meter, autocollimator.
