Abstract
We demonstrate a novel combination of spectral interferometry and pump-probe measurements for determining the spectrally resolved nonlinear amplitude and phase response of saturable absorber mirrors. Measurements on single-quantum-well devices indicate a sub-mrad phase sensitivity.
