  • Abstract
Based on constructivism theory, the paper stated the construction and application of network teaching system, three-layer browser/server mode (B/S) was used in developing teaching system. This operating mode could place all kinds of teaching resources on the server side, and uses unified database storage and organization. Users on the client side browsered the Web page through server agent which was linked with background database and responded to teaching request. With the language of HTML as the development tool, ASP+IIS technologies as tools for front development and the ACCESS database services as a background database support, the paper laid emphasis on discussing the realization of collaborative learning environment and construction of testing system. Compared with conventional teaching, the students who take networking teaching enhanced learning initiative (students who initiative learn increase 20%), and well trained their collaborative spirit, practical and creative ability.
