Abstract :
In order to protect effectively a cutting motor of part- face roadheader, raise its working reliability and using life, a monitoring and protection system of roadheader cutting motor based on CAN bus is designed in the paper, it consists of detection system and alarm system, communication lines, host computer, etc., with over-current, overheating, leakage, breaking the seam protection, it can measure on-line and monitor real-time and protect effectively the cutting motor, lay a foundation for developing automatic roadheader and tunneling face without man.
