Abstract :
The author summarizes some of the salient features of life-cycle cost (LCC), and also discusses cost uncertainty of the estimates. Definitions are examined for several elements of cost analysis. Various cost analysis techniques and models are outlined. It is the author´s belief that LCC requires an artful application as well as a logical scientific approach
