Abstract :
The paper adopts the method and the strategy of distributed coordinated control, considering the traffic flow of the adjacent intersections and the road status between them generally, make a real time control to the traffic signal of each intersection. According to the character of traffic system for urban multi-intersections, this method based on single intersection abandons unified signal cycle in order to improve the traffic capacity and reduce vehicle´s delay time. It also adopts fuzzy control assisted with neural network to enhance the system control precision and robustness and has been proved effective by the consequence of the simulation.
