Abstract :
This paper studies a minmax fractional problems in terms of the right derivative of the function with respect to an arc. First, two sufficient optimality conditions are presented. Second, a dual models is proposed for the minmax fractional problems, and several duality theorems are established under arc wise connected type I and generalized arc wise connected type I assumptions.
